Peppermint Shrimps

My second attempt at peppermint shrimps.

Successfully acclimated both to the tank. Survived for 1 week. Came home yesterday to find part  of the peppermint shrimp carcass on the wave maker. Since it is already shredded, I fed it to the Rose Bubble Tip Anemone (RBTA). Found the other peppermint shrimp still alive (I believe). It must have molted recently.

New corals addition

Added 4 new frags. Rather disappointed due to price and not optimal health.

1. Red Digitata (Bleach on one side)

2. Blue acropora (actually it is green with some bleaching)

3. Red Mille (brown out)

4. Bird of paradise birdnest (most healthy)

Hope I can nurse them back to health. 

New equipment

Add another wavemaker (Tunze 6055) and replaced the bulb on the Metal halide (from BLV to Phoenix).
